Strong Catholic Families - Strong Catholic Youth
Strong Catholic Families-Strong Catholic Youth is a process aimed at bringing parents and leaders together to “bring home the faith”. It is understood that faith is passed from one generation to another and we must come to realize that the Family is where we first and most profoundly encounter God.
The Strong Catholic Families-Strong Catholic Youth, initiative will assist leaders in the process of engaging parents to dialogue about their faith with their children. It will provide support and resources to parents throughout the process to equip them in passing on the faith. This dynamic process is aimed at changing the way parishes partner with parents. This initiative will assist in identifying what families need in order to effectively share and pass on a lasting catholic faith to their children.
